Public Libraries
David L. King Architects designs new construction, renovation and restoration projects in the Boston and New England area. We have experience in green, accessible and sustainable residential, institutional, and commercial buildings, and welcome all of these project types in our new work.
It is our goal to listen with great attention to the clientâs objectives, and to consider critically how they might best be resolved in an architectural solution. We believe architecture thrives as a collective effort; one which is enhanced by the different views of the users, builders, and engineers, and so welcome the participation of each of these parties in the building project.
We are well-versed in life-safety and building code requirements, and in overseeing the actual construction of our work. We also think that energy efficient design methods are transforming architecture, and that efficient building practices are not simply professionally responsible but also cost effective.
